No one appears in support of the writ petition. Records reveal that the writ petition has been adjourned on 5th November, 2019, 3rd December, 2019 (when the petitioner was, however, present), 21st January, 2020 and lastly on 17th February, 2020.

It appears that the writ petitioner is not interested to prosecute with the application and, as such, is absent even though on three previous occasions adjournments had been granted.

The writ petition is dismissed for want of prosecution.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
