Petitioners contend that Golam Rabbani is the principal accused. He has been enlarged on bail. Petitioners have been falsely implicated. Accordingly, they pray for bail. 2.

Learned Advocate for the State opposes the bail prayer.

We have considered the materials on record.

Statements of witnesses show all the petitioners had attacked one Hyder Ali, Ziaul and Nazban. All of them suffered injuries.

Hyder Ali succumbed to his injuries. Petitioners are named in the FIR and could not be arrested for more than a year. 4.

In view of the aforesaid circumstances and gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners at this stage`.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioners is rejected.
