Learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that the quantity of substance taken as sample is not tallying with the quantity of substance which has been mentioned in the CFSL report. Considering this discrepancy, learned counsel prays for granting bail.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor opposes the prayer for bail and submits that 158.61 kg of ganja has been seized from this petitioner.

Considering the huge quantity of the substance being a commercial quantity, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

The application for bail is thus rejected.

5.

The case diary is returned to the learned Additional Public Prosecutor in Court today.
