1. It appears that anticipatory bail in the present case has been rejected earlier by a Coordinate Bench on 09.01.2026 in respect of the same accused.
2. On perusal of the materials on record and considering the serious nature of allegations against the accused person and as this is the second prayer for anticipatory bail, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected.
3. CRM (A) 286 of 2026 is, thus, disposed of.
4. Urgent photostate certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
