Having considered that harsher process of law has not been issued by the ld. ACJM, Siliguri, I direct that, in case, the petitioner appears before the learned ACJM, Siliguri in connection with Matigara P.S. Case No. 747 of 2024 by 11th July, 2025 and prays for fresh bail, the learned court would consider the same in accordance with law. It is further directed that warrant of arrest so issued be kept in abeyance till 12th July, 2025. However, if the petitioner do not appear within 12th July, 2025, the learned Court would revive the warrant of arrest so issued earlier

and no further extension be granted after the said period is over.

With the aforesaid observations, CRR 151 of 2025 is disposed of.
