1. This instant application has been filed with a prayer for anticipatory bail.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the investigation has been completed and the main accused person has been granted bail. Under such, the custodial interrogation of the petitioner is not required and prays for grant of anticipatory bail.

3. Learned APP-in-Charge and the Investigating Officer are present and produced the case diary. Learned counsel for the State submits that though the investigation has been completed and the main accused has been granted bail but against the petitioner there are two cases are pending. He further submits that the petitioner is very much involved in the present case but the police has submitted the chargesheet because of the time frame prescribed under the law.

4. Heard the learned counsel for the respective parties and perused the materials on record and the case diary. This Court finds that as per submission made by the State, the petitioner is already involved in two other cases of the similar nature. Accordingly, the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail is rejected.

5. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail being C.R.M. (A) 259 of 2026 is dismissed.

6. The case diary is returned.
