Mr. Ray, learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that in the last paragraph of Page 4 the word "Late Fee" is to be added.

This Court finds that through inadvertence, the word "Late Fee" was not recorded in the said order. The word "Late Fee" shall be added in the last paragraph after the word "interest" and the last paragraph of Page 4 shall be read as follows: "For the purpose of ensuring compliance of this order and direction, the respondents are directed to open the portal within a period of two weeks from the date of communication of a server copy of this order, so that the returns can be filed and the tax, interest, late fee and penalty can be remitted by the petitioner."

It further appears that through inadvertence it was not recorded that the writ petition is disposed of. In view thereof the following paragraph shall be added in the order dated 08.04.2025.

"Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of with the aforesaid directions".

Let this order be rectified.

This order shall form part of the order dated 8th of April, 2025. The other portions of the order shall remain unaltered.
