The petitioner seeks relaxation of the bail condition imposed upon him to report to the Officer in Charge of the concerned PS once a week until further orders. This Court is informed that charge sheet has been submitted.

In view of the above, the bail condition directing the petitioner to report to the concerned Officer in Charge of the concerned PS once a week is waived.

However, the other bail conditions shall continue. The application being CRAN 2 of 2025 is disposed of. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
