The petitioners primarily prayed for a direction upon the respondents to complete the selection process bearing recruitment Memo No.

215/ICDS/DTA-1 dated July 08, 2010 issued by the Child Development Project Officer, Denhata-I ICDS Project and fill up the entire vacancies to the post of Agawanbari Workers under the said project.

The report submitted by the respondents demonstrates that the recruitment process initiated vide an office memo no. 125/ICDS/DTA-I dated July 08, 2010 has been completed and appointment letters have been issued to the eligible candidates. The report further indicates that the petitioners were not found eligible as per merit.

In view of the same, no further cause of action lies in the present writ petition.

Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be, however, no order as to costs. Since no affidavit is invited, the allegations contained in the petition are deemed not to be admitted.
