Mr. Pratap Khati Ms. Sharou C. Lepcha ....for the petitioner Mr. Bikramaditya Ghosh ....for the Pradhan This is an application for contempt alleging willful and deliberate violation of the order dated January 10, 2024 in WPA 60 of 2024.

The learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that only a hearing notice dated July 16, 2025 has been served upon him and in spite of the fact that the petitioner duly attended the hearing fixed on July 23, 2025, no order has been communicated to the petitioner till date.

Mr. Ghosh, learned advocate appears for the alleged contemnor. He submits that a decision has already been taken and prays for some time to communicate the order to the petitioner. As prayed for by Mr. Ghosh, learned advocate for the alleged contemnor, the contemnor is directed to communicate the reasoned order to the petitioner within a period of three (3) weeks from the date of receipt of a server copy of this order.

With the above observation CPAN 16 of 2025 stands disposed of.
