In the first sentence, as per the statement made in paragraph 4 of the writ petition it has been recorded that the petitioner is the Teacher-in-Charge of Arabinda Madhyamik (H.S.) Bidyalaya, District - Jalpaiguri.

It is submitted by the petitioner that the petitioner is the assistant teacher of the said school and not the Teacher-in-Charge.

Let the word Teacher-in-Charge be replaced by the word assistant teacher in the order dated 11th May, 2023.

Let such correction be incorporated in the order dated 11th May, 2023, which shall read and be construed with the aforesaid correction.
