The instant matter is listed today under the heading "To Be Mentioned" since a typographical error occurred in the last line of Page No. 6 of the judgment dated 19.08.2025.

In view of such, in the last line of Page No. 6 of the judgment dated 19.08.2025 as passed in FMA 51 of 2025 the words "21st September, 2023" is deleted and in its place the following be inserted:

"19th March, 2019"

The necessary correction in this regard is made by me in Court today.

Let the order be treated as part of the judgment dated 19.05.2025.

5.

The instant file along with the Trial Court Record be sent to the Jalpaiguri Circuit Bench forthwith. (Partha Sarathi Sen, J.)
