1. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that with the intervention of well wishers and common friends, the parties have entered into the amicable settlement along with the application. Affidavits of both the parties have also been filed.

2. Learned counsels for the petitioner and the de facto complainant submit that the matter has been amicably settled between the parties.

3. Learned counsel for the State has also submitted that the settlement between the parties is confirmed.

4. Perusal of the record indicates that the incident took place pursuant to a road accident. It has been stated at bar that no MACC case was filed. Petitioner is stated to be a school teacher and the opposite party no. 2 is lawyer by profession. Both the parties have amicably settled the dispute. There would be no further purpose of continuing with the proceedings.

5. With the above observations, FIR being NJP Police Station Case No. 47 of 2025 dated 24.01.2025 under Sections 281 / 125(b) / 126(2) / 117(2) / 304(2) / 351(2) of the BNS, 2023 is quashed.

6. Accordingly, the present revisional application stands disposed of.

7. Consequently, all pending connected applications, if any, shall stand disposed of.

8. All parties shall act on the basis of the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
