A.P.P., ...For the State Upon hearing the learned advocates appearing for the respective parties we dictated the order in the present matter on 10th May, 2022. However, when the said order was placed for our signatures, certain doubts that had cropped up in our mind required to be dispelled and for such reason, without signing the order, verbal directive was issued for listing the application once again under the heading 'To Be Mentioned' today. In the cause title of the present application the G.R. number has been incorporated as 'G.R. No.340 of 2022'. However, in paragraph 3 of the application, the G.R. number has been stated to be 'G.R. No.940 of 2018'. We pointed out such discrepancy to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner. He admitted that there had been an inadvertent error on his part while incorporating the G.R. number and he prays for leave

to withdraw the application with liberty to file afresh. Such prayer has not been opposed by Mr. Chakraborty, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State. In view thereof, the earlier dictated order is recalled and the present application is dismissed as 'withdrawn' with liberty to file afresh.
