Mr. Debjit Kundu, .....For the de facto complainant Mr. Ujjwal Luksom, Mr. Chattu Roy, ....for the State The matter was listed under the heading "To Be Mentioned" as per the prayer made on behalf of the learned advocates for the parties. Conditions contained in the order dated April 09, 2025 passed in CRM(M)/28/2025 to the extent that the petitioner shall not enter the jurisdiction of the NJP Police Station and shall meet the O.C./I.C. of the Police Station twice in a week, were directed to be waived. However, at the opening of the last paragraph on page no.2 of the order dated July 03, 2025, the typographical error i.e. 'I am declined to allow the present petition' was taken down instead of 'I am inclined to allow the present petition'.

Accordingly, in the last paragraph of the second page of order dated 3rd July, 2025, the typographical error i.e. the word 'declined' shall be replaced with the word 'inclined'.

Let the incorporation be done accordingly.
