Mr. Ujjwal Luksom, Mr. Tapan Bhattacharjee ... For the State. Having considered the report dated December 1, 2021 filed by the Inspector-in-Charge of Maynaguri P.S. in compliance with the order dated December 2, 2021 stating that there is no criminal antecedents of the present petitioner and upon consideration of the materials available in the Case Diary and also having regard to the extent of complicity of the petitioner in the commission of the alleged offence and also having regard to the fact that chargesheet has already been filed, we are inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. As such, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is allowed.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest the petitioner, Rakhal Debnath @ Bonanath @ Rasal Debnath, shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/-, with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and on further condition that the petitioner shall attend the Court each and every date as and when required and subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973. The application for anticipatory bail, being CRM No.506 of 2021 is, thus, disposed of.
