Considering the gravity of the offence and the nature and extent of involvement of the petitioner in the commission of alleged offence and also having regard to the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. read with medical examination report, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

The application for bail, being CRM No.510 of 2021 is, thus, dismissed.
