1. In terms of the order dated April 10, 2025, notice under section 41A Cr.P.C. has been issued and has been complied with by the applicant.

2. It appears from the case diary that the charge sheet has been filed.

3. Having regard to the fact that the charges are under sections 188, 153A, 269, 505(1) and 341 of the IPC read with section51(b) of the Disaster Management Act, 2005, and considering the fact that the applicant is a sitting member of the Parliament and is required to attend to his duties his people and his constituency, the application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

4. In the event of arrest, the petitioner shall be enlarged on bail against two sureties of Rs.5000/- each, one of whom should be local.

5. The applicant undertakes to attend trial on the days deemed necessary by the Trial Court after the chargesheet is filed and trial commences and further conditions to be stipulated by the Trial Court.

6. Counsel for the applicant undertakes not to repeat actions for which he has been charged.

7. The application is allowed and disposed of.
