The petitioner filed the writ petition praying for releasing her retiral dues.

During the pendency of the writ petition, it appears that a substantial part of her retiral dues have been cleared by the respondents. The petitioner only prays that the Bhutan Compensatory Allowance which she is entitled to receive, has not been cleared till date. Though there is a prayer in the writ petition praying for a direction for payment of the Bhutan Compensatory Allowance, but it does not appear that the petitioner approached the authority for grant of such allowance in her favour, accordingly, no relief can be granted to the petitioner in the instant writ petition. In the event the claim of the petitioner for grant of Bhutan Compensatory Allowance subsists, she will

be at liberty to make representation before the appropriate authority, if so advised.

Liberty is granted to the learned advocate representing the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to file his vakalatnama in Court.

W.P.A. 587 of 2019 is disposed of.
