Leave is granted to the revisionists to obtain certified copies of the relevant documents relating to conversion case no. 513/III/MT6/SDL-LRO-SLG/1 dated 16th September, 2011, addressed to M/s. Hill View Investment Private Limited as also certificates vide memo no.1753/SDL-LRO-SLG/1 dated 16th September, 2011 from the concerned Office of SDL and LRO, Siliguri, the defendant no.10 in the court below, and produce the same through an witness in the suit. In view of the above order no interference is called for with the impugned order no.64 dated 29th May, 2019 passed in T.S. Case no.119 of 2011, by the Civil Judge Senior Division, Siliguri.

The revisional application being CO 76 of 2019 is hereby disposed of.
