Report dated 27.09.2023 submitted by Superintendent, Jalpaiguri Central Correctional Home be kept on record. The said report reflects that on 11.06.2023 at about 06:50 p.m., the appellant Dulal Nandi expired at Jalpaiguri Government Medical College & Hospital. To that effect, a communication of the said hospital has been enclosed. Mr. Saha, learned advocate appearing for the appellant submits that the same was his contention earlier before this Court and as such, the appeal has been abetted with the death of the appellant. There is no reasonable cause for pursuing the same.

Accordingly, CRA 22 of 2019 is disposed of.

Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.
