Inadvertent typographical error has crept into order dated 10th June, 2026 at page 4 in paragraph 9 in 2nd line mentioning the words "District Inspector Schools (SE), Jalpaiguri" instead of "District Inspector of Schools (SE), Coochbehar".

The words at page 4 in paragraph 9 in 2nd line of the aforesaid order be read as "District Inspector of Schools (SE), Coochbehar" in place of "District Inspector Schools (SE), Jalpaiguri".

The aforesaid order is modified to the above extent.

5.

The other portions of the order shall remain unaltered.

6.

This order shall form part of order dated 10th June, 2026.

7.

All concerned parties shall act in terms of the copy of the order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
