The writ petitioner is a complainant in a case in which FIR has been registered and investigation is going on.

It is submitted that the majority of the accused have been granted bail by the High Court and 9 other accused persons are absconding.

The learned advocate for the State submits that the prayer for warrant of arrest has been made in the court below against 9 accused persons who are absconding. It is expected that 9 other accused are apprehended as soon as possible. In the event warrant cannot be

executed, the State shall take further steps in the nature of proclamation to secure the presence of the 9 absconding accused.

The I. O. is directed to complete the investigation as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of three months from the date of communication of a copy of this order and the final report be filed before the concerned C. J. M.

With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is disposed of.

No order as to costs.
