Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that in spite 06.01.2025 Item No.35 kausik of receiving the communication on 20.09.2022 the District Magistrate is yet to dispose of the representation.

The subject matter of the representation made before the District Magistrate relates to permission for filing application under section 14 of the SARFAESI Act, 2002 and the consequential steps be taken by the Non-Banking Financial Company concerned.

In view of the subject matter relating to which permission has been sought for, the District Magistrate, Darjeeling would take steps so that within a period of three weeks the representation of the

petitioner dated 20.09.2022 be disposed of, if the same has already till date not been disposed of. Mr. Rahman, learned advocate represents the state. He is directed to communicate this order to the learned District Magistrate, Darjeeling forthwith. With the aforesaid observations WPA 750 of 2024 is disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
