Learned advocate for the State submits that the present petitioner is wanted in connection with NDPS Case No. 25 of 2020 arising out of Kotwali Police Station Case No. 369 of 2020.

The petitioner has avoided service and has not cooperated with the investigating agency in course of investigation. The vehicle, so seized in connection with the instant case, was used in the commission of the offence. Having regard to the fact that the petitioner has avoided the investigating agency and the investigation of the case is still continuing, I am of the opinion that the prayer of the petitioner at this stage without coming within the fold of law cannot be accepted.

Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 97 of 2022 is dismissed.

All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
