The original revisional application has been filed challenging the G.R. Case No. 1257 of 2018. Learned counsel for the State submits that since after filing of the original application charge sheet has been filed under Section 498A as also 376 of the Indian Penal Code.
C.R.A.N. 4032 of 2019 has been filed jointly by the revisionists and the defacto complainant pleading that the parties have amicably settled all the disputes and differences. The defacto complainant is living as a lawful wife of the son of the petitioner No. 1 and 2. There are no disputes and differences between the parties any further.
In those circumstances, G.R. Case No. 1257 of 2018 arising out of P.S. Case No. 243 of 2018 and the resultant charge sheet shall stand quashed and set aside. C.R.A.N. 4032 of 2019 is allowed. Consequently C.R.R. 2826 of 2019 stand disposed of without any order as to costs. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the applicant upon compliance of requisite formalities. (Rajasekhar Mantha, J.)
