Respondent no. 7 is present in Court pursuant to such order. There appears to be disputes between the members of the Managing Committee of a college. Such disputes are now be solved through the mechanism of the present writ petition.

In the interest of the students it would be appropriate to request the respondent no. 7 to return the marks-sheets which he received from the University, save and except those marks-sheets which he already distributed to the students, to the University as expeditiously as possible. It would be open to the University to distribute the marks-sheets to the students of the college. No further interference is called for.

Private parties are at liberty to have such disputes resolved before the appropriate forum.

W.P. 18823 (W) of 2019 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
