Learned advocate for the petitioner fairly submits that after 8th September, 2021 when some conditions were put for transfer of single teacher, a second application was made by the petitioner on 26th December, 2021.

Hence, I direct the concerned District Inspector of Schools to see whether any alternative arrangement can be made or not. If an alternative arrangement can be made, it has to be intimated to the petitioner immediately.

With this observation, this writ application is disposed of.
