The petitioner filed his last application on 24.03.2022.
The petitioner says that he is suffering from Lumber Spondylosis of degenerative nature and he has to travel more than 100 kilometers everyday for to and from journey to the school. I direct the Commissioner of School Education, the respondent no. 4 herein, to consider the matter after giving an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner within a period of eight
weeks from the date of communication of this order and to pass a reasoned order thereafter. This is not any positive order for transfer of the petitioner. It is only an order for considering the case of the petitioner and if the Commissioner of School Education thinks that it is a fit case for transfer, he may pass such an order.
With the observation and direction above, the writ application is disposed of.
