Mr. Subinay Dey, learned Advocate for the petitioner submits that for reason of typographical error in the prayers of the writ petition, he intends to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file afresh.

In view of such submission, the writ petition being WPA 696 of 2026 is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to file afresh.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

All connected applications, if any, stand disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
