The trial has commenced in the present case.

Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for bail by drawing our notice to the evidence of PW-1 adduced before the trial Court. We are of the view that the said grounds have to be pleaded at the time of argument at the end of trial.

The present case involves commercial quantity of narcotic substances and FSL report is also positive.

The present case is dated 21.02.2022.

Accordingly, we find no ground to grant bail at this stage. The application for bail is, thus, rejected.
