The writ petitioner complains that the respondent no. 4 has demolished the properties belonging to the writ petitioner notwithstanding the orders of this Court dated 26.02.2021 passed in WPA 4 of 2021.

A complaint was lodged by the writ petitioner before the Falakata Police Station which has not been considered. The writ petitioner, thereafter, made a complaint before the S. P., Alipurduar.

Counsel for the Railways denies the demolition having been effected by his client.

In that view of the matter, in the event, the petitioner has any grievance for

violation of orders of this Court, suitable steps should be taken in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
