Mr. Hillol Saha Poddar ...for the Petitioner Mr. Hirak Barman, Mr. Pretom Das ...for the State Ms. Bedashruti Bose ...for the Respondent Nos. 4 to 7 The petitioner is aggrieved by the installation of a CCTV camera on the first floor of the relevant residential apartment at the instance of the private respondents, who are his neighbours on the same floor. It has been submitted by Mr. Hillol Saha Poddar, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner that due to such installation of CCTV camera, the right of the privacy of the petitioner has been infringed. The dispute is private in nature and no writ can be issued by this Court. The State respondents also cannot have any role in such dispute.

This order will not prevent the petitioner from seeking her remedy before the appropriate forum. WPA 1004 of 2022 is dismissed
