1. Affidavit of service filed in Court today is taken on record.

2. The petitioner is a teacher of a high school. She seeks transfer on medical ground as well as on the ground of distance.

3. From the documents annexed to the writ petition it appears that, the petitioner is yet to make any application before the school authority in respect of her prayer.

4. The prayer of the petitioner before the School Service Commission cannot be considered at this stage without the report from the Block Medical Officer of Health.

5. In view of the above, the instant writ petition is disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to apply offline before the school with her prayer.

6. In the event such representation is made, the school authority shall process the same in accordance with law.

7. The writ petition stands disposed of.

8. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
