The petitioner has complained to the Nagrakata Police Station at Jalpaiguri as regards cruelty, criminal breach of trust and attempt to murder against her husband and in-laws. The facts as regards where the alleged torture occurred are rather sketchy and not clear before this court. In that view of the matter, the petitioner may take recourse to the provisions of Section 156(3) of the Code of Criminal Procedure before the concerned court and obtain relief.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
