1. At the time of hearing the prayer for anticipatory bail, the petitioner prays for not pressing the application at this stage.

2. On hearing the learned counsel for the State and on perusal of the materials on record including the medical report, liberty is granted to the petitioner to not press the application.

3. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner stands disposed of as 'not pressed'.
