The matter was adjourned on 12 September, 2023 when the petitioner was not in a position to proceed with the matter and simply sought for an adjournment till July 2024.

It is obvious that the petitioner is not serious in proceeding with this writ petition and is deliberately avoiding this Court.

The matter pertains to refund of an amount of Rs. 28,253/- allegedly recovered from the petitioner as overdrawn salary.

In view of the repeated non-appearance of the petitioner, WPA/943/2023 stands dismissed for default.
