Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as learned counsel for the State, who has placed the case diary. Considering the alleged facts and circumstances of the case and the injury report at page 22 of the case diary, we are inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. We direct that in the event of arrest the petitioner shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.5,000/- with two sureties of Rs.2,500/- amount each, to the satisfaction of the learned CJM, Coochbehar and also subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 The application for anticipatory bail is, accordingly, allowed.
