The revisional application is directed against Order No. 26 dated February 19, 2022 passed by the learned Additional District Judge, Kalimpong in Civil Appeal No. 2 of 2021.

The petitioner appears in person. He is a senior citizen. He contends that, despite an appeal preferred by him the same is pending for a considerable period of time and despite order dated March 5, 2020 passed in CO No. 23 of 2020 requiring expeditious disposal of the appeal, no steps were taken for disposal of the same. He seeks expeditious disposal of Civil Appeal No. 2 of 2021. In view of such prayer, it would be appropriate to request the learned Judge in seisin of Civil Appeal No. 2 of 2021 to endeavour and dispose

of such appeal within three months from the date of communication of this order.

The learned Judge is requested not to grant any unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties. If required, he will fix the consecutive dates of hearing of the appeal.

With the aforesaid observations, CO 50 of 2022 is disposed of.
