The revisional application is directed against Order No. 20 dated February 19, 2022 passed in Misc. Appeal No. 1 of 2021.

The petitioner appears in person. He is a senior citizen. He submits that, the appeal is not being heard and disposed of expeditiously. The Lower Court records are with the Appeal Court and, therefore, the petitioner is unable to proceed with the execution of the decree which is existing in his favour. He seeks expeditious disposal of Misc Appeal No. 1 of 2021.

In the facts of the present case, interest of justice would be subserved by requesting the learned Judge in seisin of Misc. Appeal No. 1 of 2021 to endeavaour and dispose of Misc. Appeal No.

1 of 2021 within three months from the date of communication of this order.

The learned Judge is requested not to grant any unnecessary adjournment to any of the parties, if required, he will fix consecutive dates of hearing of the appeal. Immediately upon conclusion of the hearing of the appeal he will no doubt send the Lower Court records back to the Executing Court for necessary steps.

With the aforesaid observations, CO 51 of 2022 is disposed of.
