1. The revisional application has been preferred praying for expeditious disposal of complaint case no. 1025 of 2017, under Sections 138 read with Section 142 of the Negotiable Instrument Act, 1881, pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Court at Siliguri, Darjeeling.

2. It appears that the complaint case under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instrument Act is pending since the year 2017.

3. Considering the nature of the prayer, service is dispensed with.

4. The revisional application is accordingly disposed of with the direction that the trial Court shall make all endeavour to dispose of the complaint case, expeditiously, preferably within six months from the date of this order.

5. The revisional application stands disposed of.

6. Connected application, if any, stands disposed of.
