1. This matter has appeared in the list for correction of the order dated 29th April, 2024.

2. In paragraph 4 of the order dated 29th April, 2024, the name of the applicant has been wrongly mentioned as "Ponnada Rahul" instead of "Ekramul Mia @ Miah @ Akramul Mia".

3. Accordingly, the name of the petitioner shall be incorporated upon deletion of the name of "Ponnada Rahul" in the said order.

4. Let the correction be incorporated in the order dated 29th April, 2024. Server copy of the said order shall also be corrected.
