ANJALI GHOSH AND ANR The matter was listed yesterday. But even on second call none appears on behalf of either of the parties and for the interest of justice the case was adjourned till today. Today also even on the second call, none appears on behalf of either of the parties. The petitioner has challenged the order passed by the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Siliguri in Title Suit No. 154 of 2012 dated 13th January, 2020 wherein the learned Judge has accepted the additional written statement filed by the defendant. This Court has gone through the materials on record and the impugned order and finds that there is no illegality in the order passed by the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division), Siliguri.

Accordingly, CO No. 52/2022 is dismissed.
