1. This is an application for bail under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, in connection with Kumargram Police Statio Case No.60 of 2022 dated 03.02.2022 under Sections 18(b) and 25 of the Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985.

2. The petitioner does not wish to proceed with this application.

3. The application, being CRM (NDPS) 283 of 2023 is dismissed for non-prosecution.
