There is no representation on behalf of the appellants. In the report of the Additional Stamp Reporter dated 30/09/2019, it appears that the instant appeal has been filed beyond the statutory period provided therein. Though an application under Section 5 of the Limitation Act has been filed, no one appears to move this application.

In view of the above, the said application for condonation of delay being CAN 1 of 2019 is dismissed for default.

As a consequence whereof, the instant appeal along with its other connected application is also dismissed for default.
