Mr. Aviroop Bhattacharya ... for the petitioner. Mr. Amit Kumar Nag, Ms. Hera Nafis ... for the oil company. The writ petitioner assails allotment of a Regular / Rural Retail Outlet Dealership in favour of the private respondent in favour of the oil company. Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that, the document of title disclosed by the private respondent with regard to the land are incorrect. Learned Advocate appearing for the oil company submits that, on inspection, the oil company found the site as well as the documents of the private respondent to be in order.

In such circumstances, at this stage, no interim order is called for.

Let affidavit-in-opposition be filed within four weeks from date. Reply thereto, if any, be filed within two

weeks thereafter. The writ petition will be treated as ready for having immediately upon completion of the time period to file affidavits.

Liberty is given to the parties to mention for early hearing.

Urgent certified website copies of this order, if applied for, be made available to the parties upon compliance of the requisite formalities.
