1. Affidavit of service filed in Court today is taken on record.

2. The petitioner's prayer for removal of illegal encroachment over the PWD land is pending consideration at the end of the Public Works Department (PWD).

3. The instant writ petition is disposed of by directing the Executive Engineer, PWD being the respondent no. 5 herein, to take steps for consideration and disposal of the representation filed by the petitioner in accordance with law at the earliest after giving a reasonable opportunity of hearing to all the necessary parties within a period of twelve weeks from the date of communication of this order. A reasoned order shall be passed and communicated to the parties.

4. If the allegation of the petitioner is found to be proper, then necessary remedial steps shall be taken.

5. Learned advocate for the petitioner is directed to forward a copy of this representation along with all supporting

documents to the aforesaid respondent at the time of communicating the order of this Court.

6. The writ petition stands disposed of.

7. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
