1. Considering the materials available in the case diary implicating the petitioner in the alleged offence and the petitioner is a Bangaladeshi national possessed fake passport, we are not inclined to allow the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

2. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner stands rejected.

3. CRM (A) 342 of 2024 is, thus, disposed of.
