...for Postal Department On the aspect of maintainability, it is conceded on behalf of the writ petitioner that liberty be granted to the petitioner to raise the particular grievance in this writ petition before the Central Administrative Tribunal, Calcutta Bench.

It is further submitted that during the pendency of the writ petition in an unreported decision by the Hon'ble Division Bench in MAT/59/2022 (Union of India vs. Sajal Ray @ Rai), similar disputes have been directed be agitated before the Central Administrative Tribunal. The submissions on behalf of the petitioner are not opposed.

In view of the above submissions, nothing survives in this petition. WPA/654/2019 stands

disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the Central Administrative Tribunal, if so advised in accordance with law.
