1. On perusal of the report as submitted by S.I of Sudhabrata Mukherjee, Dinhata, Cooch Behar, through the learned advocate for the State it reveals that proclamation and attachment have already been issued and executed as against the present accused petitioner on 03.02.2022 the instant application for anticipatory bail has been filed on 08.04.2024.

2. In view of such issuance of WPA as against the accused petitioner prior to filing of the instant application, the instant application is not maintainable and the same is thus rejected.

3. The report as submitted before this Court be taken on record.

4. CRM (A) 346 of 2024 is, thus, disposed of.

5. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
